When can I expect my order?
All orders will be shipped using PostNL. Whenever the products don’t fit in a mailbox package we will be using PostNL parcel service.
All orders outside of the Netherlands will be send with parcel service.
Delivery time Germany – 1 to 2 workings days.
Delivery time UK / France – 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery time other EU countries - 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery time Worldwide – About 1 to 2 weeks (please email us for specified delivery times per country)
Order will be delivered with PostNL on tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday.
PostNL claims to deliver 98% in time. That means that in 2% of the cases you can experience a delay.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in 14 days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Do you offer any discounts and promotions?
Menwantmore regularly offers promotions where you can take advantage of great discounts. To benefit from our promotions and receive discount codes, you can leave your email address at the bottom of the website. You will then receive an email from us containing the discount code that you can use during checkout.
Where can I enter a discount code during checkout?
You can enter the discount code during checkout. After clicking on "proceed to checkout," you will see "add discount code" in blue letters below the order summary.
On mobile, you can find it by clicking on "Order Details" at the top, and then you will see the button to add a discount code in blue letters.
On a computer, you can find it in the top right corner of the page under the order summary.
What are the delivery costs?
Menwantmore does not charge any shipping costs for orders of Euro 50 or more.
For orders below Euro 50, the following costs apply:

How are the packages shipped?
We use PostNL for shipping. In the Netherlands, we use letterbox packages. For orders of 4 products or more, we use regular parcels. All orders from outside the Netherlands are shipped as parcels.
Has my order already been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from PostNL containing the tracking number of your order. This allows you to track the delivery of your order.
Please note that occasionally this email may end up in your spam folder. Always check your spam folder if you haven't received the shipping email.
I haven't received a track and trace email / shipment confirmation?
Track and trace emails are sent directly from PostNL.
It's possible that it might have ended up in a spam filter or a similar folder.
Can I exchange a product?
Certainly. It is possible to exchange a product within 30 days if you want to swap it for a different size or model. In that case, please place a new order for the desired product on our website. This ensures that the item will be in stock and available. You can return the product you currently have at home based on the conditions mentioned below.
Can I return a product and how does that work?
If the delivered products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please return the items in a sturdy packaging that protects them during transportation, preferably using the packaging in which you received your order. The costs and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the order amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. Alternatively, we can send the desired exchange products to you, provided that the products:
- Have not been worn directly on the skin (trying on is allowed, but only over another undergarment);
- Have not been washed;
- Are in new condition;
- Are still packaged in the original, undamaged packaging and have any (unremoved) labels attached.
Please print and include this return form filled out with the return shipment.
Returns without clear information cannot be processed.

I have returned a product to Menwantmore, what happens now?
Once the order has been processed by PostNL and returned to us, we will process the return. This will be done within a maximum of 14 days (excluding holidays, as it may take a bit longer for PostNL to process the return). We will refund the money for the order back to your account using the same payment method that was used to place the order, unless you have indicated that you want to exchange the product.
What about sizes at Menwantmore?
In general, the sizes of the brands we carry are slightly smaller (by a quarter size for Clever and up to half a size for Mundo Unico) compared to well-known European brands such as Bjorn Borg, Hugo Boss, Hom, and Armani. However, it is possible that some of our models may fit slightly smaller. For example, if you have a Medium size in Bjorn Borg that fits you perfectly, it would be advisable to order a Large size from us. If, in the end, it turns out to be the wrong size, you can always exchange it.
Do you have a Size Chart?
Certainly, many people know their jeans size, which is a good reference for finding the right size. Our sizes are as follows:
The sizes of our brands are slightly smaller (about half a size) than the European standards.
Clever, Jor, Pump, Private Structure, Pikante, and Gregg Homme are a quarter size smaller.
Mundo Unico is half a size smaller.
Manstore & Olaf Benz follow European sizes.
If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to order the larger size. To determine your waist size, measure around your waist (just above the hips) using a measuring tape.

What is the best way to wash my underwear?
To keep your underwear looking its best for as long as possible, it is essential to take proper care of it.
We recommend always washing your premium underwear using a gentle hand wash program, at a low temperature, and sorting them by color.
After washing, allow the underwear to air dry to prevent pilling.
I have placed an order but have not provided my correct details, what now?
If you have placed an order but have not provided the correct information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any necessary changes before the order is shipped. It is important to notify us as soon as possible so that we can explore the options for modifying the information. However, please be aware that we cannot always guarantee that changes can be made, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
